The Worthington Family History Society has many members from all walks of life and from all over the world. If you are undertaking research into a Worthington Family, we encourage you to join our Society where you may be able to establish other historical and family links. Register of Worthington References

Access to all eleven volumes of the Register of Worthington References , which have been researched and compiled from primary sources over the past 17 years, covering the late 16th, 17th, and early 18th Centuries. The Register was one of the main sources used in the preparation of our book Worthington Families of the Seventeenth Century, Volume 1 of which was published in July 2020. Volume 2 is currently in preparation and pedigrees for this volume will be published initially on the website. Online copies of all volumes of the Register and Volume 2 pedigrees, as they become available, are accessible to fully paid up members of the Society and can be viewed in the members’ area.

Interaction socially with members of the Worthington Family History Society who reside in Australia, France, New Zealand, Spain, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom at an annual event.

Travel and exploration of geographic locations historically connected to members of the wider Worthington Family, e.g. Annapolis, Leesburg and Chilicothe, USA; London, Dover, Wilmslow, Manchester and Cambridge, England; Sydney, Australia.

The opportunity to actively become a part of the Worthington Family History Society by participating in various activities within the organization; and/or contributing to projects in other ways, e.g. financially.

The Worthington Family History Society gratefully acknowledges the eight original sponsors when the 17th Century Project was formed in 2005, namely Philip M Worthington, Janet Worthington, Stuart Worthington, Sidney Worthington, Judith Worthington, Lloyd Worthington, Patricia Ward and Donald Worthington. The Society is also grateful to its members, past and present who have supported the work of the Society in researching the Worthington families of the 17th Century.

The Society welcomes benefactors and financial sponsorship from its members and third parties for contributions to support research work and the subsequent publication of those findings. Those members who are interested in this should contact the Secretary of the Society.

All those who have supported the Society, through sponsorship of its work, will be acknowledged in any subsequent publication relating to that work.
